Such an excellent multifunctional product. Used for many years for my spartan races preparation and even to enhance my strength for the triathlons Ive made. Excellent product, and after a few years I can confirm that it is still working with no issues on any part of the devices.
Comes in a generic cardboard shipping box but once opened you'll appreciate how carefully packaged the contents are, it made me smile! I thought the base was going to be light flimsy plastic but it has weight to it, I'm happy that these turned out much better than expected! If I had to complain it would be about the handles being hard plastic, I feel they could have done foam handles for the price, but I can wear gloves or apply athletic tape for comfort. So far, so good!
Backed the Spyder 360 on Kickstarter. Made my pledge for 1, then changed it to 6, because the more I watched the videos, the more I thought it was worth it, and it was! It wasn't easy for the creator to deliver, because of setbacks with the factories, etc., but he stuck with it and, almost against all odds, he delivered. KUDOS! I've supported other Kickstarter projects that never delivered. The Spyder 360 is worth every cent: it's a solid product that is a pleasure to use. Glad I added it to my home gym and gave each of my kids 1 too!
The Spyder 360 has been a huge help with my training. It gives me free range of motion while strengthening every muscle group. Not having access to a pool has been tough, but being able to recreate movements on the Spyder has helped tremendously!
I’ve tried many variations of ab roller type devices but the Spyder 360 is by far the best I’ve used. None are as versatile and as functional. The Spyder 360 allows for arm and leg movements in any direction either in unison, or in separate directions such as bodyweight flys and mountain climbers. You can also attach resistance bands for progressive resistance. The action of the device is fluid, and the build quality is top notch. For fitness or athletic performance, it’s the best device of its type that I know of. The range of exercises you can do on it is impressive.

The spyder360 is very well made and engineered - guaranteed it will last for a very long time! The spyder is very responsive and moves smoothly — so brace those Abs ! takes the place of an ab roller, ab dolly, gliders as mentioned by the previous reviewers it’s very versatile and everything else they said! Also, it’s great for stretching and flexibility it allows you to extend your range More than you normally would. Anyone can use them ( 64 yr old female )so don’t hesitate! Thank you !
Just received my spyder360 and I love them. First impression is, they are built to last. Secondly they are very versatile. Third, the handles are very easy to switch off and on. Ill definitely will be using these during my workouts!! If you have a garage gym or own a personal gym these tools are a must have. Highly recommended them??????
I highly recommend the spider 360 - those can be used as part of any program for any part of the body. Very versatile, durable product. I bought 2 pairs and use one of the pair with the handles and other without.
This product is amazing!! It has so many uses and comes with the perfect attachments to accomplish dozens of exercises. As a Spartan athlete I need to work on a lot of different areas of my body. The Spyder allows me to get great core work done and also is amazing for resistance training. Highly recommend this product.

I originally bought one set and loved them so much I bought a second set shortly after. Hands down my favorite fitness gadget for targeting every muscle in your body, particularly your core. Great for challenging your body in ways you never thought possible. I love that the handles are removable, further adding to their appeal as you can come up with an infinite number of exercises to do whether you wish to work your upper body or lower body. Not only that, they are incredibly durable. I've had mine well over a year with no issues. Definitely the best investment I've made in fitness equipment thus far!
