Warranty & Return Policy
Your Spyder 360's™ are GUARANTEED to be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own them. Which could be your entire life. If the grey plastic or a metal component breaks, I will replace them. Just let that sink in before your read to deeply into the next few sections.
Shipping Time Frame
Orders placed after 5pm CST will not ship until the NEXT Business Day.
The Custom Sticker set is not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping is the buyers responsibility. If the product shows signs of wear, only a partial refund will be granted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days of receiving your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your original payment method again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@TheSpyder360.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@TheSpyder360.com to discuss the reasons you want to exchange your item(s).
